DELIVERING INNOVATIVE DESIGN AND DEVELOPMENT WITH IMPACTFUL DIGITAL MARKETING CAMPAIGNS THAT CATA PULT BRANDS

Born in The Bronx, NY in 1980, Shaheim graduated from the High School of Graphic Communication

Arts in Manhattan, where he majored in Photography with a minor in Graphic Design. 

Before working in the Fashion Industry, Shaheim started his design career in 2006 at a printshop in

Belleville, NJ (at the time one of the biggest printer in the tri-state area), ColorGraphicsRUs. There he

rose from a Junior Graphic Designer to a Senior Designer and Plate Operator vwithin two years. After

7 years with the company, he left to start his own design house. In 2014, Shaheim became the “one”

to go to for all party flyer designs and logo development because of his low prices and fast turnaround.

He has done work for numerous restaurants, clubs, event planners, entrepreneurs, corporations,

and non-profit organizations.

In 2018, due to the oversaturation of overnight designers, Shaheim walked away from his freelance

company to teach Graphic Design at West Side High School in Newark, NJ. through a program called

the V.I.P. Coalition. In April, 2019, Shaheim entered the “Bet on Yourself” Design Contest, given by

Jay-Z's Apparel Brand, Paper Planes. They were looking for a designer from each borough of NYC to

do a capsule, where he won for The Bronx. 7 months, later Shaheim was contacted offered a Senior

Graphic Design position at Paper Planes. He worked there until Feb 2023, leaving and started his own

apparel brand.

Shaheim is an accomplished graphic designer with extensive experience and proven ability to solve

both technical and design challenges. With over 25+ years of experience. He can provide efficient

delivery of comprehensive design programs. He is proficient in various computer programs required in

graphic design such as Adobe PhotoShop, Illustrator, InDesign and others. He can conceive branding

and strategy programs that redefine a company’s identity and improve performance.
